The Indian side is reportedly building a three kilometer long dam encroaching the no-man’s-land from Nepal-India pillar no. 191 to 194, according to CDO Aryal. And India is doing so unilaterally.

CDO Aryal said the matter would be reported to the ministry and efforts shall be made to rectify the act in meetings with Indian officials.

India continues to encroach the border time and again due to ignorance on part of the Nepali side, said Din Bandhu Aryal of the Save Border Committee.
