Synopsis: ‘Children of God’ is a documentary that unveils the reality of kids from the community that inhabit the coast of the Baghmati River in Nepal. This holy place, with its famous Hindu temple, is also closer to Kathmandu’s funeral grounds, where every day hundreds of pyres are set aflame. Now, for these children, their livelihood depends on getting their hands on the food that is offered to the dead and the money that is thrown in the river. The film gives an insight into the hardships that these children face.
